What’s the Abbey?

The West Central Abbey (formerly the West Central Episcopal Mission) is a collective of partner organizations and individuals working to create justice, joy, compassion, and peace in Spokane’s West Central neighborhood. With an eye to creativity in all endeavors, the Abbey cultivates fullness of life in our neighborhood through creation care, community organizing, spirituality and the arts, communal meals, and the Sunday worshiping body Creators’ Table.

We are affiliated with the Episcopal Diocese of Spokane and Christian practice shapes our worship, but all are welcome to participate in the work we do.
